PhD student wins Best Student Paper Award at ION 2019

Surabhi Guruprasad, a final year Ph.D year student has won the Best Student Paper Award for her submission to the ION Conference, 2019 which was held in September. Her paper is titled Design and Development of an Improved Sensitivity Reconfigurable GNSS Receiver for Space-based Reflectometry.  She presented  a talk on the same at the ION conference held in Miami in September, 2019.
