GNSS Lab Director

Professor Sunil Bisnath,
Ph.D., P.Eng.
Sunil Bisnath is a professor in the Department of Earth and Space Science and Engineering at York University, Toronto, Canada. He received his Ph.D. in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering from the University of New Brunswick. For 30 years, he has been actively researching GNSS processing algorithms for positioning and navigation applications.

Joseph Botros is a Field Application Engineer at Calian GNSS Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics
and a Masters of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. And
he is currently a doctoral student at the Department of Earth and Space Science and Engineering at York University, Toronto,
Canada.

Landon Urquhart
Landon Urquhart is a PhD Candidate in the Earth and Space Science Engineering department at York University. He is also a Principal Engineer at u-blox. His research interests include GNSS correction services and low-cost positioning algorithms. He holds a MSc in Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.

Ben holds a BSc degree in Geomatics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, and a Master of Science degree in Earth and Space Science from York University, Toronto, Canada. His research focuses on multi-constellation, multi-frequency Precise Point Positioning (PPP), with an emphasis on ambiguity resolution for cm-level positioning.
